Need a guide line for your workout? These four simple rules would help you to make sure you coordinate your workout and rest time. This way you can get in your workout but still have enough days to lay on the couch. Let's take a closer look at each of them.




Never Miss a Monday: Monday is the all time dreaded day of the week. It's the first day after the weekend so naturally our body still begs to be treated the way it was the past one or two days. But then we have to get up and rush into the crazy week. Also it is the busiest day of the week. Now if you can follow this particular rule. Condition your mind never to miss a Monday workout, I promise you that your energy levels for the week will be different. You are going to notice a boost in your performance. And we all know that the way you start your week could affect your productivity for the rest of the week. So do not miss a Monday. Make sure to get up and start your week with a healthy exercise of not less than 20 or 30 minutes.




Never go 3 days without Exercise: This particular rule is very essential to keep your body toned through the week, month and year. The longer you leave your body without working on the muslces. The faster you loose all the work you have done. So if you start on Monday, your program should look something like this. Monday - Wednesday - Saturday - Monday - Tuesday - Thursday - Sunday. The general concept is just to make sure that 3 full days do not pass you by without you exercising. Use this with the next rule and create a good calendar for yourself.



Workout At Least 3 Days A Week: Now if you make sure to workout on Monday all you need to do is select two more days in the week that are convenient for you to workout. It could be on Wednesday and on Saturday depending on whats convenient for you. This way you can have your TGIF, TGIS and have your weekends to yourself. Just remember to keep the food and drink consumption at a moderate level if you are exercising only 3 days for 30 minutes. This doesn't mean you can't exercise for more than 3 days if you have the opportunity. This only says that you should workout 3 days or more. The least should be 3 days.



Never Give up: The final and most important rule. Never Give up!. This is what it all comes down to. Your willingness to keep getting up each time and sticking to what you know you have to do. Making that decision everyday to be healthier. Do not give up on your workout no matter what. Keep building yourself physically and mentally through exercise. It all comes down to you and your determination.
