Workout Hard, Diet and Sleep.

As mush as its important to workout hard and diet, you also need to rest. You're only going to get stronger and leaner if you get your sleep and keep your stress down. Don't go out and party and come to gym and expect to see some improvement. You need to get at least 8hour of sleep, and if you didn't,try to take a nap. You need to pretty Eat, Sleep, Train And Repeat.!!!!
